If you are one of those technology freaks, here’s good news for you. Bharti Airtel is set to launch the latest version of iPhone in India. Known as iPhone 4G, the news has spread all across the continent and the gadget seems to rock the subcontinent with its smart features.

Expected Launching Time

The Apple iPhone 4 is set to launch somewhere in September or October this year. Although, it’s in news for months, however when the initial news broke, no one seemed fairly convinced. Anyways, now it’s clear that iPhone 4G is making debut in India. Airtel is set to be its official carrier.

Growing Popularity of Smartphone in India

iPhone 4GIndia, no doubt, has grown economically like never before. As a result, it has become one of the perfect platforms for the launching of iPhone. As we see the current trends, we are witnessing a rapid growth of smartphones in the country. As a result, more and more people, especially the younger generation, are opting for these sorts of smartphones. Moreover, the business class is opting for the iPhone in a good number. It has become a status symbol for them.

What’s going to be the pricing?

Well, as far as pricing of this gadget is concerned; it’s a matter of debate. Unlike the USA, it seems that iPhone 4 is likely to sell for higher prices. Since Indian government does not give subsidies, you might shed some extra pennies to lay your hands on this latest gadget. Already, we know that the iPhones in India are too costly.

Remember, Before You Buy!

Although, the latest iPhone 4 is set to come your way with marvelous technology, its design has a glitch. What’s more, even Apple has accepted it, showing its concerns over the issue. As a result, if you hold your iPhone 4 in certain position, it kills the network signals. Consequently, it results in dropping of calls. Popularly known as ‘iPhone 4 death grip’, it has been the talk of the town with the news of launching of iPhone 4, in the US however.

So, when iPhone 4 gets launched in India, we may have some good news as it corrects its flaws. We can hope in the present context that Apple ships better iPhone 4s by September to India!
